We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Bank-to-Bank, Wire transfer, ACH or even check if preferred.

Orders are not final until payment is processed and confirmed.

You will be emailed a confirmation of your completed order once final payment is received along with expected ship date.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to valid addresses within the U.S. (unless otherwise stated).
- Shipping timelines provided with shipping costs are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays.

Tracking information regarding your order will be sent via email to the email address provided. You may need to check your junk mail folder.

Contact us if you haven't received your order within a reasonable amount of time so we can check for issues with delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds

No product shall be returned without prior authorization.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost back to the original shipping location.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging, including strapped to pallets, etc. if applicable.
- Some items (e.g. custom orders, clearance) may be non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error.

It is at our discretion whether to issue credit if products are found to be in poor condition upon receipt.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
